Iraq army says secures first safe exit route for civilians in Falluja

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The Iraqi army said on Sunday it had secured the first "relatively safe" exit route for civilians trying to leave Falluja, Islamic State's besieged stronghold near Baghdad.
