Merkel says will raise concerns on China's new NGO law, steel during Beijing trip

BERLIN (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Saturday she would raise concerns about Chinese steel production and a new Chinese law that restricts non-governmental organisations during a pending trip to Beijing.
